Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but here are the rules:

Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
✔ The product is defective
✔ The product is damaged in transit

Non‑Returnable

❌ Changed your mind
❌ Used/altered products
❌ Missing original packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact customer support within 7 days

  2. Provide photos of the issue

  3. We will issue a return authorization

  4. Return the item to our address

Refunds

  • Once inspected, approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days

  • Refund is for the product cost only (shipping is non‑refundable)
